This survey is to help me flesh her out, any actual app is separate, so please forgive some initial inconsistency.
Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is she heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
Tsubaki is slightly on the thin side, but there are still curves to her.
2. How old is she?
A long lived creature, Tsubaki looks to be in her early 20s. She's stopped counting somewhere past 70 or so, and probably lived longer than that.
3. Describe her posture. Does she carry herself well or does she slouch?
Tsubaki tends to carry herself as well as possible, though she is not above slouching on a lazy afternoon.
4. How is her health? Is she fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
Tsubaki is well trained and tends to be in good shape. Though this is partially due to the draconic genes infused with her at a young age. No illness or disabilities of note, though she can catch a cold more easily in chillier temperatures.
5. How does she move? Is she clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
Tsubaki's very graceful, but she also prefers to be direct, and will sprint at a moment's notice.
6. How attractive is this character physically? How does she perceive herself in the mirror?
Very attractive, though how much she cares about it depends on circumstances. She will groom herself a bit more for regal ceremonies--or going to war--far more than she will if she is just traveling about.
7. Describe her complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
Somewhat but not entirely pale. Her feet are clawed like a dragon's.
8. Describe her hair: color, texture, style.
Her hair is a gradient between brown and a sharp red, as if dangling in fire. She tends to wear it down, or in a partial ponytail.
9. What color are her eyes?
Dark yellow, tends to glow in the dark.
10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
She has an ethereal, phantom tail which is always present but can be solid whenever she likes. Her limbs have white scales, most concentrated on her feet, which are clawed.
11. What are her chief tension centers?
The small of her back, the base of her tail and neck.
12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does she have six of the same suit?
Most of her dresses are varying shades of red, white, or black, with more regal things having a gold trim. Much of it has a Japanese flair, even her casual outfits. She avoids wearing shoes unless necessary, preferring thigh high socks that accommodate her draconic feet.
13. Do her clothes fit well? Does she seem comfortable in them?
Yes to both. More regal things tend to hide her body a bit more.
14. Does she dress the same on the job as she does in her free time? If not, what are the differences?
On the job she tends to dress much more regally.

Panties. Might risk commando if she doesn't expect to be in public.

Her voice is slightly low and even, which rises slightly in excitement. I suppose the closest idea of voice actor would be Yui Horie

Though she thinks (sometimes pretty heavily) before she speaks, Tsubaki does speak smoothly, even if she's ranting in excitement.

No notably strong accent. She speaks her world's equivalent of Japanese.

Her world's equivalent of Japanese, which is her primary language.

Not particularly. She is just impish enough to draw out her words just the tiniest bit.

She needs to think about her words. Tsubaki is ultra careful about what she says.

She tends to prefer speaking fluidly and does what she can to do so. Though if under enough excitement or duress she might stumble a bit with her words.

Tsubaki is faaaarrrrr more book smart than street smart. She isn't 100% trusting and tends to be a good judge of character, but being a hopeful kind of person leaves her vulnerable.

She prefers to deliberate and struggles to think on her feet (though it's not impossible), but she is battle capable, and in a straight up fight can act instinctively.
3. Describe the character's thought process. Is she more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical?
Tsubaki operates on intuition more often than not, but she will use knowledge to back it up (i.e. if she actually feels someone is suspicious, she'll look for something to prove it rather than give away any distrust). She is more on the idealistic (or more philosophical) end.

She's had about 18 or so years of education. She realizes that she doesn't know everything and will often spend time reading up on subjects she's less familiar with.

Dragons. She is a huge dragon nerd, and you haven't dragon'd enough until you've met Tsubaki. She is quite greedy for knowledge on dragons, especially on their history and how to handle them. Having raised/worked alongside/fought dragons since she was a child, she's grown to love them and learning about them.

Leans slightly introverted but has enough charisma to fake the opposite. She has an easier time swaying a person one on one than a crowd.

How does one deal with an obsession with dragons? By learning more about dragons of course! Tsubaki needs no help in this regard.

As a child, she wound up getting lost and running straight into trouble with a band of monsters. While fleeing for her life, she wound up crossing paths with notably strong dragon Kagutsuchi, who, despite having never seen her, was willing to obey her and thrash the monsters chasing her. It started her fascination with dragons and her fate as a dragon caller.

Her ultimate fear is losing her way with understanding dragons.
15. What are her hopes or aspirations?
Tsubaki wants to be a strong and notable dragon caller, to be able to help those in need and be prepared for any situation

That she's more of a slouching geek at home than expected of someone of her 'regal' status.

Her parents being regular humans, she has probably outlived them. At the very least she was rather fond of them while growing up.

She has likely outlived the majority of her human relatives.

Like them or not, Tsubaki considers the other dragon callers like family. They tend to be pretty sibling like in her relationships. She is also close to Kagutsuchi, having known the dragon since childhood.

She considers Kagutsuchi her best friend, whom she met as a child. She'd like more humanoid friends though.
6. Does she have other close friends?
Most likely the other dragon callers, but none aside from that.

She can get along with people fairly well, but unless the other person has a fascination with dragons, they will usually have to make the first step to get closer since Tsubaki is slightly skittish about relationships, given that she'll outlast so many people.

The friends close enough to be family would be her answer.
9. Is the character single, married, divorced, widowed? Has she been married more than once?
Dragon callers tend not to get married given that they'll outlast their spouses, though no laws actually stop them.

Nope. She's interested, but it's not a high priority of hers unless she falls in love with someone.

Those who despise all dragons.

She would consider herself closer to 1 but never dealt with sexual feelings aside from reading romance novels, so she'd be pretty close to a 3.5.

Her sex has been limited to some quality time with books, including kink. She doesn't think too hard on it but if a good partner came around she'd be willing to teach herself more about it.

Tsubaki doesn't necessarily know, but she does like reading good erotic probably, so sensual enough dirty words would drive her wild.

Generally, she is actually quite mercenary and will do quite a bit for money... so long as it doesn't involve harming the innocent (and innocent includes "dragons not actively making humans/other dragons miserable")
4. How does she regard beliefs that differ from hers? Is she tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent?
She is often very curious about other beliefs, but only those that promote wanton violence get her dislike on them.

She is somewhat wary about pure humans, but she doesn't hold much in the way of strong biases, given that she is somewhat naive.

Given that Dragon callers are among the most famous and needed warriors for braving the depths of the world, Tsubaki is quite well off. Most of her money, when not covering bills or more necessary purchases, go to helping her pets or other generous causes.

Dragon callers are very popular where she's from, so as she took schooling and trained herself, Tsubaki has had some meteoric rise in social popularity. But as she still tends to hop between missions, dragon raising, and hoarding stuff about dragons, her social graces haven't caught up.
3. Where does she live? House, apartment, trailer? Is her home her castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does she share it with others?
She has a decent size, Japanese styled house she lives in, and she keeps it somewhat neat. She has picked up some draconic hoarding habits though...

Stuff to help her raise dragons, books, or dragon paraphernalia.
5. What does she do for a living? Is she good at it? Does she enjoy it, or would she rather be doing something else?
Tsubaki is Dragon caller, meaning she has the ability to summon and tame dragons. She is most often using it to raid dungeons (or help others raid dungeons) for rewards. She's damn good at it.

When not raiding dungeons, she likes collecting books/toys/information in general about dragons. She sometimes hoards it.

Tsubaki tends to go for your regular three meals a day, and isn't too picky on how she gets it, though she does try to have a fairly healthy diet. She is fond of cookies, however.
